Privacy policy

Last updated: May 2026

This document is informational and provisional. It is not a definitive legal document. Definitive terms will be published before public launch.

1. No accounts or personal data

Existence Compiler has no account system or login. No account is required for the free analysis flow. No personally identifiable data is collected. The system does store minimal analysis metadata server-side to enable before/after comparisons (see section 2).

2. Data storage

Existence Compiler stores minimal analysis metadata server-side to enable before/after comparisons: analyzed URL, score, timestamp and a compact report summary. It does not store the full HTML of analyzed sites, full visible text, raw schema dumps or unnecessary crawl payloads. If the user creates a shareable link, the report snapshot is stored with a 30-day TTL (see section 8). Language preference and portions of the report may also be stored in the browser via localStorage during the session.

3. URL analysis

When a user enters a URL for analysis, the system makes an HTTP request to that URL from the server. This is equivalent to any normal crawler visit. The full HTML content and visible text of analyzed sites are not stored.

4. AI semantic enrichment (optional)

If the user configures an AI provider API key (such as Anthropic), part of the analyzed content (text, metadata, site structure) may be sent to the configured provider to generate semantic enrichment. This transmission is subject to the privacy policy of the respective provider. Existence Compiler does not store user API keys in the frontend.

5. Cookies

Existence Compiler does not use tracking or advertising cookies. User language preference is saved in localStorage, not cookies.

6. Third-party services

The site may load fonts from Google Fonts. If AI is used, requests go to the configured provider. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate page views and performance. These tools help us improve the public product experience. We do not use them to collect sensitive personal information, access private dashboards, or modify analyzed websites.

7. Waitlist

If you join the waitlist for the Pro or Agency plans, we collect your email address. That email is used exclusively to notify you when the plan becomes available, or for commercial contact related to Existence Compiler. We do not sell or share that data with third parties for commercial purposes. Waitlist data may be stored in Supabase as a technical provider (supabase.com). You can request deletion of your email by sending us a message.

8. Shareable links (share links)

If you create a shareable link from the export panel, the system saves a report snapshot in Supabase with a non-sequential public ID. That snapshot includes the analyzed URL, Digital Existence Score, action plan, and Fix Pack. It does not include the full text of the analyzed site or private user data. The snapshot is public: anyone with the link can view it. We do not index these reports in search engines. Snapshots are automatically deleted after 30 days. If you need to delete a snapshot before that, contact us by email.

9. Policy changes

This policy may be updated. We will publish significant changes on this page with the update date.
